Hanni

Phạm Ngọc Hân (하니; born Oct 6, 2004), better known as Hanni, is a Vietnamese-Australian singer based in South Korea. She is a member of the Kpop group NewJeans under ADOR. Hanni made her Kpop debut on August 1, 2022 at the age of 17.

Hanni Pham was born on October 6, 2004 in Vietnam as the oldest of 2 daughters. Her younger sister's name is Jasmine Pham. Both of Hanni's parents are Vietnamese. Her father is from Hanoi and her mother is from Ho Chi Minh City. Growing up, Hanni practiced Taekwondo and ballet. She also did Kpop dance covers with her Vietnamese friends before becoming a trainee.



In 2019, Hanni passed HYBE's global audition and trained for 2.5 years before her debut. Prior to her debut, she appeared in BTS's 2021 music video for Permission to Dance.

Hanni made her debut with NewJeans on August 1, 2022 at the age of 17. She was credited as one of the lyricists of the groups' lead single, Hype Boy.
