f(x) (에프엑스; 2009-2019) was originally a five member South Korean girl group under SM Entertainment. They debuted on September 5, 2009 with the single La Cha Ta.
After Sulli's departure from the group in 2015, the other four members continued to promote as a four-member group.
The group silently disbanded after three of the members departed in 2019. Amber, Luna, and Victoria chose not to renew their contracts with SM Entertainment in Sep 2019.
